NEXT STEPS after the review...

Final grading for the course is done after receiving the final project submittal, which includes 1 presentation book and digital files.

We will discuss in class and set the time and place that these will be collected--some time in the week following the review.

1. Final presentation book - 1 copy

2. Digital files -3 copies on CD

The files on CD need to have all book pages collected into a single pdf file formatted in the same way as the physical book--same sequence and contents. We should be able to open the file in Acrobat, hit print, and get an exact additional copy of the book. Additional files should include image documentation of the models, and any other documents or formats you wish to include as supplemental information. It would be really great to have a copy of your wiki on the CD, if you can figure out how to save an archive copy.

 

We don't need a separate CD from each group--in fact we would prefer to have you gather your files onto as few CDs as possible.

 

3. Team wiki

This is not an absolute requirement, as the presentation book (and files for it) are the primary final representation of your work. But it would be very nice to leave your wiki sites in presentable condition. You can update them with some or all of the final design information if you want (that would be great!), but at least you should do a little pruning and neatening up. We don't know how long we can keep the wikis up, but there is a lot of excellent information on each of the sites that would be nice to save in some format or another.
